So I take it that a lot of people are using /dance, /laugh, /point, etc. in PvP? Afterall, emotes are only for PvP, right?
I like this idea. It takes a lot of work to get these titles and it would be nice to have something other than a few works under your name.

This will just increase elitism. You'l see people in outposts saying 'Ha ha I got this while you only got bambi'.
The title is recognisable enough.

I've worked incredibly hard on my PVE characters and I have to say that yes, I would LOVE an "S" on my characters chest (figuratively speaking). Emotes are definitely needed for PVE. You have my vote!
And as for all of you that say there is no skill involved in PVE, I would like to point out IWAY Teams, Ranger Spike Teams, Air Spikers, and the rest on down the line. It is YOU people that get skills nerfed, because 1 or 2 actually talented players come up with a clever build design and then ALL of you jump on the bandwagon and beat it to death until A-Net finally has to wave their collective wands and stop the madness. Would all of you super fantastic ranked HA players like to know what runs through a PVE players head when we see your emote? I immediately think, oh, another Iway Noob. However, if I saw a PVE emote for maxing out 5 titles? yeah, I would be impressed.
So don't suggest to me that if I want an emote I need to "HA like everyone else". I'm too busy actually PLAYING the game.

The "emotes are for pvp" thing is really annoying. There's only one title that bears an emote, and it happens to be a pvp title; no other pvp title grants an emote. Why does that make emotes pvp-only?
On the one hand, I really, really dislike people who spam their wolves and tigers in pve outposts and then call me a n00b for not letting them in my group. I really wouldn't want to see more emote spamming. On the other hand , it does seem fair to give the max PvE title an emote. Of course, it's not like Rank is the max PvP title anymore; champion should definitely get an emote (and a fix so it's mildly obtainable...)

1. Lower the value of Heroes's Ascent!
2. How can you set this? /Rankbigkind? Is this a rank or some sort of competition?
3. More and more max tittle are out there that is way too easy to get such as drunk/sweet tooth/ protectors tittle. Just need money and max out those are just a piece of cake!
4. What will this show? Show that you spend tons of time for a tittle? Or is it show how exp you are in PvE? I'm not sure about this!
5. What kind of visual emote can this be? A drunking guy appear and die? Or a little girl come out with a candy cane on her hand? Or a guy coming out and go afk then disappear (Lucky)? Or this can be a bunny come out with the map on its hand? Oh or maybe a bunny with a candy cane, drunking or some sort! Really dunno how can this be!

But more importantly, emotes for gladiator and champion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Especially champion FFS, guild wars is about guild battles!
And.. anet would not even have to do much work:
Current deer =rank 3... Blue deer = gladiator 3, red deer = champion 3, black deer = KOABD 3

Koabt is a hard to get title. And not all of us play PvP, its one aspect of the game and not the most important one. So yeah i am a few titles away still but i would like to have an emote.
no deer head though.
maybe a beam of light from the heavens that shines down on you like a spotlight.

pvpers and pvers should have to drink from different water fountains too..jeez its the same game let everybody have fun with it. Will a person with koabd enjoying themselves with an emote really make the game less enjoyable for you? unless you're a real asshole then no.
About the kind of a big deal is increasingly easier to get argument there would be dif emotes per rank in it so its just like deer being easy to get but tiger being a real acomplishment but instead Koabd being the deer im very important being the tiger of this situation.
Doesnt need to be an emote although one would be cool even a special type of cape or unique armor piece etc. would be fine.

I was originally signed for this idea, because the KOABD title was rare. I would be lucky to see 1 every 2 weeks, or 1 a month other then myself. I was kind of fun to see another one and bow to one another.
But since the Hard Mode was added and the new titles, the number of KOABDs has increased HUGELY. You see one in nearly every town or outpost you travel too. Thats about 5 a day for the last 2 or 3 weeks.
And you see PKM, all over the place too.
This idea was better when the title(s) were harder to achieve, and it was something to be proud of. Now its absolutely easy to get KOABD, PKN and rest.
The title has lost its charm, and I dont think emotes are needed for it. Emotes should be restricted to hard titles, and unfortunately KOABD isnt a hard title to get anymore.
But its kind of a double edged sword. I love the new titles, but its devalued KOABD immensely.

Because PVE is a different component of the game and, for the sake of balance, players should be able to attain a very neat bonus for something that is not as simple to get.
It rewards your effort in an unequivocal way. Much like the effort you make to get the PVP animal emotes. And it doesn't have to be an animal theme; another one could be in place, maybe related to the character's profession.

Most PVErs have their one 'main char' that has the nicest equipment, the best-looking armour set(s), usually the most PVE titles etc. It's natural that they want to be rewarded in some more, err, impressive manner than a simple title.
KoaBD is time consuming and often requires quite a lot of skill. There are players who got their bambi (or wolf, or sometimes even tiger) by almost mindlessly playing the very same build over and over again, and they would stand no chance against a tricky pve bonus/masters. Hell, I got my bambi long before could finish any hi-end-ish bonus (yup, I'm pve/pvp).
Another thing: I doubt the people who work on 'bells and whistles' (CG artists, animators etc) are the same people that manage the skill balancing. It's also kinda hypocritical to say things like "Anet shouldn't work on [something that is, in my personal opinion, useless, and enjoyed by people who like other aspects of the game, who should not be treated seriously, cause they're them and I'm me] and, instead, should concentrate on [something I like and is, therefore, what GW really needs]". Your needs are important but not more important than the needs of other players.
Above are all the reasons I did NOT consider when I was typing “/not signed”.
The only reason I did consider is this: PVE – cool looking armour and weapons. PVP characters pale in comparison. Let the PVEs show off with their outlook, and the PVPs with their emotes (more pvp emotes!). That sounds fair.
Maybe give the KoaBD bearers some festival hat or something like a book of secrets they could exchange for a cool looking weapon (customized by default). Just a thought.

Interesting idea, and when it started certainly a good one, but now? not so sure, with the introduction of hard mode i shot up from 6 maxed titles to 9, and now i have 11, Maybe a emote would be nice but not sure it would be fair now,
I would like an emote for more of the pvp, titles, they take ages and a lot of skill and luck too, maybe an emote for legendary titles, or for when you max the KOABD line altogether

I would also say that, except that now PvPers are getting PvE skins, so why shouldn't PvEers get something from them?

Remove titles. Remove emotes.
Let's stop grindfest and reward skill.
Your IGN should be your only title.

koabd titles are for PvE grinders with far too much time on there hands, running around with heroes and henchmen.
getting 3 max cartographers takes no effort what so ever, i know this because iv done it.
people who say "o r3 takes no time to get" that may be so, but it still requires more effort, playing with other people and trying to get a decent team, and playing well in a "group", not alone with henchmen.
lastly, PvP emotes are designed to get people to play HA more, as its harder tog et players in that area, PvE doesn't have that problem, with thousands of players joining all the time, and tbh, PvE gets enough crap as it is, if anything deserves some good old TLC its PvP.

It's a nice suggestion, but the emote can't be anything cool. The one that springs to my mind is briefly becoming Ron Burgundy, but you'd probably have copyright infringement there.
Maybe doing the emote could make your character say "I love . . . carpet. I love lamp!"
